Balancing your Chakras is an easy way to slip into a daily meditation that will not only allow you to relax and feel better, but will also lead you through a guided journey to balance your body’s Chakra energy.
Dennis Fallo, Board Certified Instructor through Tai Chi for Health Institute, will lead you through the next six lessons using Sun style Tai Chi designed for folks who have completed the Basic Core Movements in the first six lessons. These next lessons are a continuation and natural progression by Dr. Paul Lam and will help increase focus, balance, flexibility, and fall prevention. Please wear loose clothing and flat-bottom footwear suitable for exercise.
Prerequisite: Basic Core Movements class.

This style of exercise combines the strength training and body lengthening aspects of pilates with the core training and stretching elements of yoga to create an entirely new workout experience. It’s low impact and adaptable to all ages and fitness levels. Unlike traditional Pilates and yoga sessions, PiYo is set up like a cardio class, designed to burn calories and make you sweat. Wear comfortable workout clothing. Bring a yoga mat and water. Workout can be done with or without sneakers, based on preference.

In this class, breath, movement, and mindfulness come together to cultivate a deep connection with one’s physical and energetic bodies. These classes will guide you gently through sun salutations, some standing and seated postures, and end with quieting and meditative postures. Suitable for all skill levels, classes will help improve your strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Alignment cues are given throughout to keep you safe. Classes are uniquely woven together so each time you step on the mat you’ll experience a new journey! You will leave feeling refreshed, energized and strengthened.
