Balancing your Chakras is an easy way to slip into a daily meditation that will not only allow you to relax and feel better, but will also lead you through a guided journey to balance your body’s Chakra energy.
Practice for all bodies, all levels. Class opens with breath work, gentle stretches and somatic movement. Followed by dynamic flow, balanced with stillness, to create flexibiliy, strength, and stamina. Ending with yin/restorative postures before settling into final relaxion.

Join us for a class in Hatha Yoga led by certified instructor, Nancy Cotty from Peace Within Yoga. Yoga is a great way to relax and improve your health and well being. The focus will be on stretching and breathing while building our strength and finding peace. All levels are welcome. Yoga classes are ongoing-there will be sessions taking us through the school year.. Drop-ins are welcome and new students can join anytime. All equipment will be provided for you. This workshop is designed to loosen and stretch the hip joint so that movement in that area is easier and less tense. We will combine some restorative yoga poses with some that will increase flexibility and strengthen the body (especially the hip joints). Much of what we cover can be done at home after the workshop so you can continue opening the hips and leg muscles on your own. All equipment will be provided for you. We go through life dealing with a lot of emotions. Some emotions are dealt with in the moment while others are simply swept under the rug. Emotions can build up over time, and we so often get overwhelmed with feelings that we just don’t know how to deal with them. In this class, you will be gently guided through meditation to go deep within and reconnect with yourself to help release past holdings and stresses.
This class is designed to connect you with your angels so you can experience them as you never have before. Angels are all around us, and all we need to connect with them is to have the intent. In this class, you will begin to understand your psychic abilities and understand we all have them. With the assistance of Angel Cards, you will learn to communicate with your Angels and find the answers you’ve been looking for. You must bring your own deck of “Doreen Virtue Angel” cards (not Tarot cards) to class. Cards are available in bookstores and online.
