College Preparation
Maine College and Career Access Program
This program is for you if:
• you have a high school credential, but have been out of school for a while
• you have just completed their high school credential, but would like more guidance exploring career or college options
• you are close to earning your high school credential at NACE, and want to explore career or college options
This program offers:
• Career and college advising and exploration
• Aptitude testing
• Career and college skill-building classes (math, reading, writing, digital literacy, etc.)
• Application support (workforce training, college, and financial aid)
MCCA learners transition into career and college programs and opportunities such as:
• Apprenticeships–earn while you learn!
• Certificate trainings
• Community college
• 4-year universities…and more!

Day and evening appointments up to an hour are available with virtual options or in person to fit your needs.
We now offer Career Navigation, in conjunction with the Maine Jobs & Recovery Plan! Our Career Navigator, Kate Points, is connected with resources around the county and the state to help people get into sustainable careers and reduce barriers to employment.
