Join us for a class in Hatha Yoga led by certified instructor, Nancy Cotty from Peace Within Yoga. Yoga is a great way to relax and improve your health and well being. The focus will be on stretching and breathing while building our strength and finding peace. All levels are welcome. All equipment will be provided for you.
